Six Sigma Approach
We instill a Six Sigma approach to Professional Services, which includes a disciplined, data-driven methodology for eliminating defects in any process. All team members are Six Sigma yellow-belt trained, and key staff members are undergoing green and black belt training. Working under the supervision of “Master Blackbelts” from the Pitney Bowes Quality Engineering group, we work to provide our clients a reliable, repeatable delivery process. Project Managers are undergoing or have successfully passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification test, which adds to our overall quality standards.
